Q) Are the prices per vehicle or per person?
All prices show on Malaga Airport Taxi website are per vehicle not per person.
Q) How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment must be made in cash (euros) to the driver inside the Taxi or Minibus.
Q) If I need a transfer within the next 12 hours can I book it online?
Yes, you can book a last minute transfer online, but if you want to be picked up within 12 hours of your booking time you must confirm with us by telefone or before or after filling in the online booking form.
Q) Will I have to share the Car or Minibus with others who are not in my party?
No, when you reserve a vehicle with us, no matter whether it is a 4 passenger Taxi car, 8 passenger Microbus or 12 passenger Minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the journey!
Q) Where will my Taxi/Minibus driver meet me?
Please click here for details of our meeting point inside the arrivals hall at Malaga Airport. Your driver will be holding an official airport sign with your lead passenger name. All other meeting points in specific places (Hotels, Villas etc.) can be specified on the online booking form. Our drivers know the local area very well and will get you to your destination safely and soundly.
Q) Which terminal at Malaga Airport?
In short - normally Terminal 2. Terminal 1 is for Non EU arrivals, Terminal 2 is the main Terminal for UK, Ireland & rest of EU Arrivals. 90-95% of all European flights arrive Malaga Airport at terminal 2 although during busy times some flights are occasionally diverted to Terminal 1. Your Taxi/Minibus driver will be pre-warned of this and meet you there on arrival.
Q) Does the transfer stop en route?
No, all transfers are direct, from door to door. Your Taxi/Minibus driver will only stop in case of emergency.
Q) Are your Taxis and Minbuses fully licensed and insured?
Yes, all vehicles are fully licensed by the Local Authority, holding an up to date Tarjeta de Transporte License. The vehicles are fully insured for full passenger liability cover and strictly observe Public License operating regulations. Passenger safety is of utmost concern. Be careful of bogus taxi transfer advertisers as there are a number openly operating without licenses and liability insurance.
Q) Are all fares fully inclusive or will I be asked for extra money by my driver?
All our transfer fares are all pre arranged with you and the chauffeur and are fully inclusive (a tip is voluntary) so no haggling with the Taxi/Minibus driver and no unpleasant surprises when you reach you holiday destination.
Q) What if my flight is delayed?
All flights are constantly monitored so your driver will be at Malaga Airport to collect you when you arrive, so that you can start your holiday. Therefore if your flight is delayed there is no need to worry about paying costly waiting time as we will be aware of any delay.
