Malaga city authorities will show their tourism offer to three hundred travel agents during a business conference organized by Turespaña in Japan and South Korea.
A party will arrive in Osaka on May 25th, to offer a presentation of Malaga tourism and a will hold a business meeting, which is expected to involve a hundred representatives from travel agencies and Japanese operators.The same presentation will be held in Tokyo on Tueday May 26th and in Seoul on Thurday, May 28th. It will allow showcasing Malaga tourism to 330 travel agents from the Japanese and South Korean markets.
The master plan of Malaga Tourism Area attaches great importance to the emerging markets of Asia, since they are experiencing a prominent increase in relative terms. During the first quarter of this year, a total of 4.800 South Korean tourists have lodged in hotels in Málaga which have generated 5.536 overnight stays. Meanwhile, last year, 8.670 tourists from Japan lodged in hotels in Málaga’s capital city (+6.3%).
